Family Fun Day Softball Game / Tournament

Grab your bat & glove and join us for a day filled with laughter, teamwork, and friendly competition. Whether you're batting, fielding, or cheering from the sidelines, there's something for everyone. Bring the smiles and let’s play ball!

This is designed to be a Tenino, Bucoda, Rochester, Rainier inter-community abbreviated softball tournament challenge.

Every effort will be made to group participants by the city or Town they identify in the registration.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older and understand participation in these softball games is a play at their own risk activity.

VOLUNTEER RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By virtue of submitting this registration, I, the undersigned do hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify the City of Tenino, their officers, agents and employees, from any and all liability, loss, damages, costs, or expenses which are sustained, incurred, or required arising out the actions for the undersigned in the course of volunteering in the City of Tenino. I am fully aware that the work associated with being a volunteer involves certain risk of physical injury or death.

Working with provided tools and equipment may be hazardous. Participants shall exercise proper care while participating in these activities. I understand that I will be volunteering my time and therefore will not be compensated monetarily or otherwise by the City of Tenino. I authorize any necessary emergency medical treatment that might be required for me in the event of physical injury and/or accident to me while participating in this activity.

I hereby grant the City of Tenino permission to use and publish images or photographs of me and/or my child for editorial, marketing and promotional purposes in print or electronic media.

Furthermore, the City is allowed to use my and/or my child's name, or otherwise identify me and/or my child in association with any photo in which I and/or my child appears. No financial or other liability to me and/or my child will be incurred by the City or the photographer as a result of such use.
