Family Fun Day Wellness Event

A vibrant, Afrikan-centered wellness experience for all ages! Enjoy interactive health booths, free health screenings, cooking demos, healing sessions , group fitness classes (yoga, dance, Capoeira), games, obstacle courses, and more. Plus, featured sessions on teen stress management, self-care, and safety awareness.

Join us and rotate through the wellness stations, move your body, nourish your mind, and experience holistic healing. Fun, healing, and empowerment for the whole family!
