Family-Friendly Outdoor Yoga

Come join our outdoor family-friendly yoga class at the Cornerstone Artisan & Farmers Market! While our class is geared towards adults, your kids are absolutely welcome to come flow (for free!) or play nearby.

We'll begin the class with gentle stretching and vinyasa flow (40 minutes), move to a meditation (10 minutes), and end the class with community connection (10 minutes), for a total of an hour.

Please bring a mat and water. We will be flowing outside under a covered area (there will be shade!:-) A great activity to kick off your weekend with.

The class is a suggested donation of $10 payable via Venmo @palmettobayyoga.
