Join Sarah for a fun morning of yoga for the whole family! Family Flow incorporates yoga poses, dance, creative movement, stories, and music! Toddlers often observe for several classes before feeling comfortable and confident to mimic in class, and often will perform what they learn at home before doing so at yoga.This class is designed for mobile toddlers to 4ish year olds. Older and younger siblings are welcome! This class is only available in-studio.
*Only one credit is needed for the whole family!
