As part of Business Month programming, the Zeta Kappa Chapter of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. is proud to partner with Fulfillment In Training (F.I.T.) for Family Fitness Day—a free, community-centered workout designed to promote wellness, unity, and positive movement for all ages.

Based in Phoenix, F.I.T. is a holistic health and fitness nonprofit organization dedicated to improving health awareness, increasing access to fitness resources in underserved communities, and empowering individuals through physical activity and community engagement. Their mission goes beyond the gym—serving through volunteerism, outreach, and purpose-driven initiatives.
