The ProActive Health Team will be hosting a fundraiser fitness class on Family Day - accepting donations for Heart & Stroke. It will be an hour-long Circuit Class... all are welcome. Motivation, fun music and heart-healthy exercise will be the theme!Sign-up at the front desk:
