Science-inspired family fun at the Science Oxford Centre and Live Lab with IF Oxford, the Oxford science and ideas Festival. Visit the Science Oxford Centre for a unique family experience. Explore, discover and play in the Exploration Zone, where children and grown-ups alike have fun experimenting with interactive exhibits; create and test flying designs at the Air Table, build a giant magnetic ball run, and see what’s hot and what’s not with the Curious Camera. Pick up an Explorer Backpack and see what wildlife you can spot on our outdoor nature trails. Make a splash at the outdoor Water Lab!
Live Lab: meet special guest scientists and researchers: Your Health, at Home and Away with UK Health Security Agency Learn about issues that affect your health and take part in a range of activities that highlight important issues and ways to help you to better look after your health. Find out which environmental factors within your home impact most on your wellbeing and discover how climate change influences public health in the UK. In partnership with IF Oxford, the Oxford science and ideas Festival .
Suitable for ages 3+ (all ages welcome). Under 3s free. If you require more free under 3 tickets and the timed session's u3 ticket capacity is full, please contact [email protected].
What is included in your ticket:
-Two-hour timeslot in the Exploration Zone
-Access to the woodland, outdoor areas and Water Lab (bring a change of clothes) from 10am–5pm (last entry 4.30pm)

Emira's Kitchen café at the Science Oxford Centre is open on Saturdays from 10am-4pm, serving hot and cold drinks, snacks and rolls. Families are welcome to bring picnics to eat at our lunch tables.

£8 per person (includes Eventbrite booking fee). Free tickets available for Under 3s and Carers (see FAQs Carer Tickets on scienceoxford.com for details of how to apply).
