About this Event
Join me for a deep and transformative online gathering where we use Family Constellations, a gentle, systemic approach, to uncover and heal intergenerational emotional patterns.
This workshop is for you if you’ve ever felt:
- emotionally stuck or burdened by family dynamics
- disconnected from yourself or others
- a longing for emotional healing and inner peace
- called to understand deeper relational patterns
What to Expect:
- A safe, confidential container held in small group format.
- Guided constellation work exploring family systems and ancestral ties.
- Reflective practices, sharing, and gentle processing.
- Time for integration, discussion, and grounding afterwards.
- You can choose whether to set up your own constellation, take part in someone else’s, or simply witness and observe the process. Whichever role you choose, you’ll receive deep insight and open a doorway to meaningful healing.

Developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, Family Constellations illustrates the energetic impact from experiences in our family of origin, place of work and life events that can create palpable, yet elusive, blocks in our lives.
It is an interactive technique that builds on the intuitive capacity of the participants as a group.
Five participants will have the opportunity to set up a constellation for their personal issue and get to observe the work unfold, dynamics appear, shift and resolve in a safe and gentle way.
The other participants witness the process, gaining insight and releasing energetic blocks along the way. Family Constellations creates ripple effects that can free energetic blocks simply by observing the work in person.

Agenda
Welcome and Intro (15 minutes)
Info: A time to welcome all participants and introduce the foundations of Family Constellations. We will explore how to participate and how to represent.
First Constellation (35 minutes)
Info: The first participant will select the theme and invite participants to represent key aspects of it. When the Constellation is complete I will guide the group through a grounding exercise to stay centered and integrate the work.
Second Constellation & Grounding Exercise (35 minutes)
