🔎 What Are Family Constellations?

This is an extremely powerful healing method that works at the soul level. It has instant access to something deep within our unconscious, to the real root cause of our struggles.
Some say that having a constellation is like doing years of therapy in one session. And that’s true.
Constellations are almost like magic. They go beyond what the mind can conceive and bring healing in a way that words can’t explain.
You cannot truly understand what a constellation is until you experience it. And even then, you’ll understand it with your heart,
because your mind won’t be able to fully grasp what happens.

🎭 What to Expect

During this full-day workshop, we will hold space for 5-6 constellations, where participants will explore and heal deep-seated family dynamics.
Even if you do not bring your own constellation, you are welcome to join as a representative, witnessing and participating in the healing process.
Many people find that even as an observer, the insights gained are profoundly meaningful and personally transformative.

Hi, I’m Mihaela. I have been working with Family Constellations for over five years, supporting people both online and in person through deep transformational work.
My background also includes training as a certified Life Coach and Internal Family Systems therapist. I am passionate about helping people heal and embrace self-love through workshops and individual sessions.
