Family Constellations is an experiential therapeutic workshop that uncovers hidden ancestral patterns, unconscious traumas, and family entanglements in a safe space. It will help you get a hold of your life and destiny by releasing any subconscious loyalties that may be holding you back.

Make sure to bring a journal and pen to write any insights, and water to hydrate. This workshop can take 3-4 hours so feel free to bring a snack as well! There will be a quick sound bath meditation at the end to help integrate and close the session.

Bio

I am Puertorican and moved to FL from Puerto Rico when I was 11. I began card readings for myself, family, and friends in 2019 while also learning how to work with crystals for myself. I held virtual women’s circles in 2021, and in 2022 I started attending the Moon Mercado to offer card readings for the public. Throughout all of this, I was called to heal my ancestral traumas and also just learn about my ancestors in general. I went to a retreat in Ecuador that helped me tap into shamanic roots, and continued to learn down that road. I stumbled upon Mickey Malcolm in one of the workshops at Spiral Circle and have learned so much on how to tap to my ancestry because of her.

Knowledge and understanding was one piece of my ancestral healing, while another piece was family constellations work. I went to a family constellations workshop in 2022 and healed so much within one session alone. I kept going back when I could and eventually the facilitator took me under her wing and encouraged me to learn how to host my own family constellations workshops. I studies with Marielena Obrenic for a year to become a facilitator, but when I finished my studies with her I was pregnant and in need to focus my energy on growing my baby and then birthing her. I held a few family constellation sessions virtually within the past year, and now I am ready to start offering them in-person.
