Who is this for?
This training is an inner journey for anyone who would like a deeper understanding of the impact of ancestral trauma and unconscious family dynamics in their system. All theory is grounded in the nervous system with embodied exercises and constellations. The training is at least 50% practical.
We take a journey to progress in a regular, closed group doing deep personal work. It offers an introduction to the philosophy and practice of Family Constellations in the classical style of Bert Hellinger. You will have an opportunity to progress in a closed group of a maximum of 12 people. Everyone will get an opportunity to do their own personal Constellation facilitated by Poppy.
We learn about the principles and history of Family and Systemic Constellation work, the Orders of Love and how ritual can be used from a systemic perspective. By developing an understanding of field phenomena, widening the lens on your family system and the other systems you belong to, and by learning methods to regulate your nervous system, this training is useful for parents and grandparents in understanding the impact of trauma and hidden loyalties on future generations.
You can also enhance your professional practice as an existing:
· therapist,
· coach,
· health practitioner,
· leader,
· teacher,
· professional working in social care or criminal justice.
This training is suitable as a refresher course for trained facilitators or those with lots of experience of the work. The training is designed to be accessible for people in full-time work.
NB This training is a first step into facilitation, but it will not equip you to facilitate groups or one to one sessions in Family Constellations. To continue the journey towards facilitation, you will need to attend future higher level courses (tbc).
