A family constellation is a multi-dimensional process of cultivating awareness which allow us to gradually modify our generational suffering. Bert Hellinger, founder of this work, observed that many of us unconsciously “assume” family patterns of anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, loneliness, alcoholism and disease, even as a way of “belonging” to our family.
Family constellations help us to develop awareness of those destructive patterns and therefore to gradually claim agency of our own life and its destiny, aspiring to have a healthier, happier and fuller life.
The aim of this workshop is to create a space to experience how an attitude of recognition, agreement and harmony with what happened can unfold a great healing power by reconnecting us to the resources existing within a family system.
In this FC workshop you will discover which dynamics prevent you from displaying a potential which is connected to a more genuine version of yourself.

Natalia is a Family Constellation Facilitator who specializes in Constellation One-On-One and facilitates family constellations workshops in Auckland. She holds a PhD in environmental sciences from AUT (NZ). She has performed constellation workshops since 2017 in South America (Chile and Peru).
Natalia is also a meditation practitioner in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Natalia holds a certificate in coaching and received her family constellation training in Circulo de Constelaciones de Chile and Australasian Constellation Intensive 2018.
