Family Business & Entrepreneurship Night will be an evening of networking, professional growth, and meaningful conversations. Guests will hear insights from four local family business owners in Lancaster, with the discussion moderated by Tom Garrity of Compass Point Consulting.

The night will also include food, drinks, and a raffle, creating a relaxed and engaging atmosphere to connect with peers. Before the program begins, we’ll take a moment to recognize and celebrate local leaders with a short awards presentation.
