Family Beach Day

Connect with @joinsurfingmoms & @sandiegomomcrew for a magical morning of surf, sun, and soul-nourishing community on Saturday, August 16 at Powerhouse Park in Del Mar from 8am-10am.

What to expect:

🧘‍♀️ Family Yoga & Dance with @jackiemaefriend.

🏄‍♀️ Surf lessons for both kids and adults available from @learnhowtosurf_sd.

👶 Activities for the kiddos.

What to bring:

• Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
• Outdoor yoga mat and/or blanket.
• Sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses).
• Water and snacks.
• Stroller and diaper bag.

Shannon Yeager is the host of San Diego Mom Crew and mama to a bubbly and curious 21 month old. She is a wellness coach, yoga instructor (RYT-500), sound healer and Reiki practitioner. Shannon’s mission is to help moms find balance, healing and purpose (with a little laughter along the way). Logan Friend is a devoted dad, surfer, and a facilitator of presence who brings grounded calm to the beautiful chaos of family life. His meditation and breath sessions help parents and kids alike find their center—one deep breath (and occasional giggle) at a time.

Jackie Friend is a barefoot-loving mama who blends yoga and dance into a joyful family practice. She believes downward dog is better with toddlers climbing on your back and twirls cure just about everything.
