Family Art Night: Whimsical Mushroom ArtDate/Time: August 28th 6-7:30 pm
Description: Inspired by the Whimsical Naturalist Art Exhibition, families can try creating their own watercolor paintings featuring mushrooms. We’ll explore wet-on-wet techniques, oil pastel as a resist technique, and using salt to create textured paintings. This project is ideal for families with kids ages 8+, but all ages are welcome to paint at their own level. This event is perfect for families looking to spend quality time together while engaging in a creative activity. No prior artistic experience is necessary.
Fee: $40 per family, $35 for Garden Members

Fee Includes:
* All the supplies for each family to create 2 art projects.
* Guided instruction from an experienced teacher

Beer and wine may be purchased in the Gift Shop for adults ages 21+.
