Would you like to provide good habitat for our local wildlife, like a hotel for frogs or a drinking station for bees? Join us as we create feeders and shelters to help keep our animal neighbors safe and happy. In addition to learning about what kinds of feeders and shelters we can provide, we will also learn about how we can share our observations of animals at these feeders and shelters in support of conservation research. To promote sustainability, we will be creating these feeders and shelters from recycled materials.
This program will be led by Paul List, Conservation Engagement Specialist for the Northeast Wisconsin Land Trust.
Program will run from approximately 6-7:00 pm. No registration required. While activities are ideal for ages 5 and up, all ages are welcome. A parent, caregiver, or responsible older child must be within sight and sound of children under 9.
This program will be held in the Shattuck Room in the Youth Department on the first floor.
