Master Markland is the founder of UPMA (Unlimited Possibilities Martial Arts) and is a seventh degree blackbelt.

This free event is best suited for children elementary-aged and above and their caregivers.Please inform the library at 354-8232 if your family is no longer able to attend so we can pass a spot to someone on the waitlist.
