Join the Corkdorks for a seated guided tasting spanning two of Italy's most captivating wine regions — Tuscany and the sun-drenched island of Sardinia — led by Lorenzo Casadei, son of founder and winemaker Stefano Casadei and a key member of the family behind it all.

From the organically farmed hills of coastal Tuscany to the ancient biodynamic vineyards of Sardinia's Sarcidano plateau, the Famiglia Casadei has built something rare: a multi-estate portfolio united by one guiding philosophy — BioIntegrale — a commitment to farming in harmony with nature, native varieties, and the soul of each place.

🍷 Casadei Sogno Mediterraneo Red Blend — Tuscany An organically farmed GSM of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre from the Alta Maremma coast. Rich dark fruit, Mediterranean spice, and polished tannins. Demeter biodynamic certified.

🍷 Castello Chianti Superiore — Tuscany Classic Sangiovese-driven Chianti with the bright acidity, red cherry, and earthy backbone that made Tuscany famous. Elegant, food-friendly, and beautifully balanced.

🍷 Olianas Cannonau — Sardinia From Sardinia's only Demeter-certified estate. Cannonau — the island's answer to Grenache — delivers bold red fruit, warm spice, and a distinctly Mediterranean soul. Ancient grapes, ancient island.

🍷 Olianas Vermentino — Sardinia Floral and mineral-driven with notes of orange blossom, citrus, and a refreshing salinity. A quintessential Sardinian white that drinks like a warm Mediterranean evening.

Parking: Due to limited spacing, we ask that you please do not park in the lot directly in front of Corkdorks’ store. Instead, you are welcome to park in either the lot beside the Corkdorks front lot, or in any open spot on the street. These parking options are free for attendees. Thank you for your cooperation.

All attendees will receive a $20 gift card to Corkdorks.

We do not charge a fee to attend or participate in any of our classroom events. However, because of the tremendous demand for our events, and because seating in our classroom is limited, we charge a nominal prepaid reservation fee to hold your place in the classroom. The amount of the reservation fee varies depending on the size, duration, and content of the event, but is non-refundable if you are unable to attend the event for any reason. If you prepay the reservation fee and attend the event, you will receive a Gift Card in an amount equal to the prepaid reservation fee, which can be redeemed for cash any time after the event or used to purchase merchandise in the store. No refunds. No Exceptions.
