The leading cause of injury-related emergency department visits in the United States is due to falls. Join us for this annual event that will have community health and wellness providers present offering assessments, providing resources, movement and balance education, and more! The goal is that every individual who comes through is assessed, equipped, resourced and connected to the resources they need around great mobility! Light snacks and drinks will be served.
