Falling in love with yourself! Its that simple.... fall in love with your fine self.New to the Secret Sunrise? It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play! We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.
🌞 WHAT TO EXPECT 🌞
Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.
