This partnership provides an opportunity to co-host a three-part yoga and wellness series designed to nurture women’s body, mind, and spirit.

Theme: Self-Love, Body Awareness, and Empowerment

This class celebrates the female body in all its power and beauty. Participants will explore yoga movements that support pelvic health, hormonal balance, and body awareness nurturing both strength and softness.
