Ready to have some fun in the kitchen? Join our Fallbrook Beginner Cooking Series, perfect for everyone from grades 3–12 to adults! Whether you are interested in our 4, 6, or 10-week program, it's the perfect gift this holiday season! This is an awesome chance to learn easy recipes, pick up cool cooking tips and techniques, and enjoy some hands-on experience—all in person. What makes our classes unique is that we offer a hybrid experience where students will learn from Chefs around the world in advance of their hands-on experience in our kitchen. Whether you’re a total newbie or just want to brush up your skills, this series is for you. Grab your apron and let’s get cooking! Join us for a hands-on global cooking adventure designed to build confidence, creativity, and connection through food. Students will explore world cuisines, essential kitchen skills, and the science behind cooking while celebrating cultural traditions and seasonal ingredients.
Each class connects to California CTE, Common Core, and NGSS standards, reinforcing academic concepts through practical, real-world learning. Lessons emphasize teamwork, communication, and creative problem-solving — helping students grow both in and out of the kitchen.
