Join Beautiful Mana Yoga, Be Wellness 716, & Eternal Flame Acupuncture for our Fall Zen Wellness Retreat. This day long retreat will be held at 5 Loaves Farm on W. Delevan in Buffalo. 5 Loaves Farm is a unique setting in the middle of Buffalo. With its own gardens from which we will prepare our lunch, 5 Loaves Farm is the perfect setting for our Fall retreat.Our day will start at 10:00 am with exploring the grounds & a Cacao Ceremony.
10:45- 11:30 AM- Body & Soul Yoga with Tricia from Beautiful Mana Yoga
11:30 AM- 12:00PM- Learn how to take baby steps in living a toxin-free life with Patty from Be Wellness 716
12:00- 1:30 PM- We will cook our lunch and then enjoy what we've made using produce from the 5 Loaves Farm gardens
1:30- 2:30 PM- Enjoy Acupuncture by Dr. Hallie of Eternal Flame Acupuncture while relaxing to a wonderful sound bath by Patty of Be Wellness 716.
2:30- 3:00 PM- We will end our day together with a Creative Garden and intention burning.
Each attendee will receive a Swag Bag filled with goodies from your hosts.
