Young people ages 14–24 are invited to Sabathani’s Fall Youth Wellness Day for an afternoon of free food, hands-on activities, performances, prizes, and good vibes.

Connect with other young people while exploring healthy ways to manage stress and support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Through creative activities, movement, conversation, and more, you’ll have opportunities to discover strategies that can help you navigate the challenges and stressors of everyday life.

What to Expect

The day will include:

• Free lunch
• Hands-on wellness activities
• Spoken word performances
• Interactive breakout sessions
• Opportunities to win prizes
• Health and wellness information and resources
• Time to hang out and connect with other young people

Breakout sessions will explore topics such as physical activity and wellness, artistic expression, and healthy strategies for dealing with stress.

Schedule

• 12–1pm — Welcome, lunch, and activity/resource tables
• 1–1:30pm — Spoken word performances
• 1:30–2:30pm — Breakout Session 1
• 2:30–3:30pm — Breakout Session 2
