Join us for a relaxing evening of yoga at the stable while taking in the countryside view and horses grazing nearby during your practice. This session will focus on yoga poses to increase movement and stretching, releasing aches and pains. It can be adapted for each person's fitness level.

Here’s what you need to know:
-$20 due at time of registration
-Ages 12+ (minors must be accompanied by an adult)
-Event is rain or shine. If inclement weather occurs, we will practice under a roof
-Bring a yoga or beach mat. As this is an outside event, if you are sensitive to insects, bug spray and long-sleeved shirts and pants are encouraged to make your practice more comfortable
-There are no public bathrooms at the stable
