Take time this fall to replenish on this 3 night stay to a beautiful cabin nestled in the rolling hills of West Virginia near Harpers Ferry where you will be nurtured by nature, Ayurvedic food, good company, and time for self-care. Fall is the time when slowing things down and nourishing our body is extremely beneficial. It helps us draw in to find what nurtures us deeply and sets us up for a more robust response to the effects of winter. During this retreat we will slow things down with rejuvenating yoga practices in the morning, meditative slow movements in the evenings, and taking time to nourish from within.
Registration includes:
• Morning and evening yoga classes
• Introduction to Ayurveda Workshop
• Workshop on fall self-care practices
• Ayurvedic cooking class
