The best thing to do with your fall leaves is leave them where they land. Bundle some around your perennials, and leave the rest to compost. Running a mower over them prior to the snow falling breaks them up and prevents mildewing on your lawn. Organic material is the BEST fertilizer!BUT, if you have an abundance, the next best thing is to bring them to our Fall compost collection 🍂🍂
Bring your leaves and yard debris for composting instead of sending it to the landfill.
- Accepted Items: leaves, sticks, apples
- All debris must be in a compostable bag OR our team will empty your plastic bags directly into the compost truck
- This is your chance to join Summit Waste if you are not already a member of our preferred hauler program. The team will be on site to answer any questions.
