The GFWC High Springs New Century is hosting a Fall Wellness Workshop on Friday, November 6th. Presentations will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 2:00 p.m. Topics include Medicare, Self-Care, Seniors vs. Crime, Psychology, Hearing Aids, Organ Donation, Chair Yoga, Elder Abuse, Nutrition, fitness balance, and fun activities and games. A complimentary light lunch will be served. SHINE Medicare representatives will be available for in-person counseling from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. 23674 U.S. Hwy 27, High Springs, FL 32643.
