Are you looking for a yoga training that fits what you need? We have three program options starting this fall!
220 Hour Yoga Teacher Training: Our 220 hour certification program goes beyond your typical 200 hour training, including more one on one instruction hours with our fabulous teachers! This journey goes far beyond physical postures—we’ll explore how yoga transforms the body, mind, and spirit.
Throughout this training, you'll gain the tools, knowledge, and confidence to share yoga with others, while experiencing profound personal growth. Whether you feel called to teach or simply wish to enrich your own practice, this program is designed to be a life-changing experience that supports you every step of the way.
Classes will be held every Thursday from 5:30-9:30pm, and two Sundays per month 12-5pm. There will also be a Silent Retreat weekend included. Sacred Foundations Intensive: Are you just interested in learning the foundational lifestyle and philosophy of yoga? Join us for our 5 session, Sacred Foundations intensive! Classes will be every other Sunday 12-5pm beginning October 11th. Dive deep into Sacred Foundations as we build a yogic compass to help guide your inner study of the principles and philosophy of Yoga.
Topics of Discussion include: 8 Limbs of Yoga, Meditation, Mudras/Mantras, Yoga Sutras, Subtle Bodies, Ayruveda

Yoga Teacher Training Refresher: Have you already taken a yoga teacher training course previously in-person or online, and are looking to revisit some foundational training or mentorship? You are welcome to join our teacher training program! Participate in our full training, and receive personal hands on instruction, for over half the cost!
