Join us for a Fall Tour of Homes and spend the afternoon exploring a collection of six available residences throughout The Waterfront on Daniel Island.

From thoughtfully designed condominiums and spacious townhomes to marshfront homes, the self-guided tour offers the opportunity to step inside a variety of homes, experience their distinctive interiors and outdoor spaces, and find the style of Waterfront living that feels right for you.

But there’s more to discover beyond the front doors. Throughout the tour, guests can enjoy bites and sips, as well as pop-ups from local shops and vendors.

How It Works

Begin your afternoon at Village Park, where you’ll check in and receive a tour map highlighting the participating residences and experiences throughout the community. From there, explore at your own pace, stopping into the homes and vendor pop-ups that catch your eye.

Along the way, take in The Waterfront’s walkable setting along the Wando River and get a closer look at the homes, amenities and surroundings that make this corner of Daniel Island so special.

This event is free and open to the public, but advance registration is encouraged. We look forward to welcoming you to The Waterfront.
