Join your host Anna Klimmek, Chef, Personal Transformation Coach, Outdoor Mindfulness Experince (OME) and Yoga Instructor, and owner of Happy Food MN & Breakthrough Adventures, as she guides you on this mini adventure at her friends Madeline and Peter's Whipple Tree Farm!

Lets tap into the magic of fall on the evening of Oct 18th for some outdoor cooking with over the fire Paella and NA Sangria. Followed by a Fire Ceremony, where will release what we no longer need, and ignight that which is calling to us.

Stay over night by camping, or sleeping in the rustic cabin, or drive home and come back for morning activities which include a European Style Contenineal Breakfast and an Outdoor Mindfulness Experince as we explore the Farm and it's trails followed by a Closing Council designed to ignite action towards your dreams.

Participate in all or some- with Whipple Tree Farm being so close, you decide which part of this adventure calls to you!

Info: Take time to introduce ourselves and offer our intentions for our time together.

Info: Together we will build a fire, and prepare an over the fire paella together, as well as a salad and NA -Sangria. This is a naturally gluten & dairy free, responsibly sourced meal. I can accommodate Vegans/Vegetarians if given prior notice. If you have other dietary needs please let me know. I will try to accommodate if I can. Please note that some accommodations might not be able to be met given the nature of this meal.

Info: Around a fire we will connect with each other and spirit in a guided ceremony designed to help you connect with your deepest desires. You will be called to burn off that which no longer serves you and call in, or ignite that which calls to you, your souls Inner most desire.

Info: A European Style Continental Breakfast, Coffee & Tea will be provided. Meats, Cheeses & Pastries, Gluten Free and Dairy Free options.

Info: This will be a light movement yoga session, where we focus on our own energy and the energy around us. You will be cued into some gentle movements designed to connect you to your body, spirit and the earth. You are encouraged to participate even if you are not a practicing yogi. This practice is for all abilities. Our discussion with guide you to creating your first steps on the path towards your souls greatest desire. You Are Worthy of Your Dreams.
