An all inclusive weekend retreat near the Fall Equinox. Women gathering in the Northwoods to reconnect with nature, themselves, and each other. Through movement, mindfulness, coaching, connection, and campfires, we’ll explore the balance of light and darkness—both within and around us. Some exciting items and activities included in registration: meals, 2 night stay at the campground, mindful movement, sauna sessions, group coaching, an embroidered plaid shacket, and so much more!
