This workshop is designed for harmonious restoration that will help you cultivate deep relaxation and meditative rejuvenation. Ruth will gently guide you through supported poses and breathwork so you may find restful ease in the body. This relaxed state will be enhanced by the healing vibrational power of an immersive sound bath with Lori.
