Join us in the tasting room as we celebrate Fall Release with the debut of our 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon. To mark the occasion, we’re pairing this bold and elegant new vintage with both a savory and a sweet bite from Chef Penny.
For Wine Club Members: We are also releasing the 2023 Les Collines Syrah. Don’t miss our exclusive Wine Club Food & Wine Pairing Event on Sunday, November 9th, from 11 AM–3 PM, featuring four unique pairings from Wild Thyme Mobile Bistro designed to showcase the new wines.
It’s the perfect way to welcome the season—great wine, delicious food, and even better company.
