Join us on Monday, Sept. 22 at the Mel Korum Family YMCA in Puyallup for a free event open to the public. We'll be covering fall prevention tips, exercise demos, presentations, and hosting community resources. And did we mention snacks will be provided? No RSVP or YMCA membership needed.
