Description: Birthing a child is a transformative experience for the body, mind, and spirit. And the postpartum period can be a time of many mixed emotions, fatigue, isolation, and aches and pains amidst the joy and wonder of the new being(s) in your life and your own birth into parenthood.
This 3-class series is for birthing people, 6 weeks to 1 year postpartum, to join together in community to share, be supported, and come home to the body. In addition to restorative movement, we will explore core and pelvic floor recovery as well as gentle strengthening.
Note: the three classes will build on each other, but can also be taken individually if you cannot make it to all of them.
