Fall Pasta Cooking Class

Vibe is coming over to our house and making dinner together. Make pasta dough from scratch at our communal tables for two different pasta shapes: ravioli and gnudi. Gnudi is made with ricotta (instead of potato), perfect for a fluffier, yet hearty fall pasta.

Guests will make, roll, and form their pasta shapes, while Chef Stephanie demonstrates the sauce cookery. After, guests will enjoy communal style dinner.

Mushroom Ravioli with Truffle, Cream, and Parmean

Butternut Squash Gnudi with Browned Butter, Sage, and Lemon

Marinated Kale Salad with Lemon and Toasted Bread Crumbs

About the space:

Good Company is a boutique event space and culinary social club, open to all food lovers alike. We are not a full restaurant but we host weekly ticketed events, and offer meal prep as well as private event bookings.

The space can accommodate up to 25 guests, wheelchair-accessible doorways and bathroom. Please note that there is a small bump to traverse at the main entry doorway. There is also one restroom that is single person, gender-neutral.

Refund Policy:

Events may be canceled or rescheduled due to low enrollment up to 24 hours in advanced, full refunds will be provided.

We provide a full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days of the purchase date. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event are eligible for a credit, while no refunds or credits are available within 48 hours of the scheduled event.
