A new season is the perfect time to reset—and to make a plan for your fitness that actually fits your life. Whether you're easing back in after summer or stepping into a new chapter, our Open House is a low-stakes, high-support way to explore what movement can look like for you.

On August 23rd, we’re opening our doors with sessions designed for every stage of womanhood—from early mornings packed with strength and energy, to restorative support for mamas-to-be.

Here’s what’s happening:

• 🥊 8:00 AM – Boxing + Self Defense
• 🧘‍♀️ 9:00 AM – Pilates + Lift
• 💪 10:00 AM – Lift + Flex
• 🤰🏽 11:00 AM – Prenatal Yoga
• 💆🏽‍♀️ Followed by a special Pain Management Workshop just for prenatal mamas
