Whether it’s your first 5K, a stronger 5K, or stepping up to a 10K, Fleet Feet’s No Boundaries program will meet you where you are, build your confidence, and get you to the finish line feeling strong.
Fleet Feet’s No Boundaries is a nationally organized and recognized program offered at Fleet Feet stores across the country. The program was designed with care to help runners of all levels build consistency, confidence, and fitness in a supportive, welcoming environment.
What you’ll experience throughout Fleet Feet’s No Boundaries programs:
- Train with a coach
- Learn from mentors
- Connect with an encouraging community
- Receive helpful tips on topics like nutrition and choosing the right gear
All fitness levels are welcome! We meet as one large group and break into smaller groups during each workout, so you’ll always have the right training plan and support for where you are right now.
No Boundaries Beginner 5K (Walk/Run Intervals): This group is perfect if you’re new to running, getting back into movement, or looking for a low-pressure way to build consistency and confidence. You’ll use walk/run intervals that gradually progress each week, with the goal of finishing your 5K feeling proud and strong.
What you’ll get in every program:

What do all the letters and numbers mean?
NB1 = is a faster pace group and will end up running longer than other groups
NB2 = slightly slower pace group and will run behind NB1
Walking = walk at a brisk pace but able to carry on a conversation.
mpm = minutes per mile (i.e. 30s/1.5 = Run/Walk time measured in minutes and seconds.
Important Info for Selecting Pace Group:
NB1: 11:00 -12:30 minutes per mile: Begin running 30s and walking 1.5. By the end of the session, the group is running 3 minutes, walking 1-minute intervals.
NB2: 12:30 -14:00 minutes per mile: same goal as NB1 (slightly slower pace).
WALK: Walk 14:00 -16:00 minutes per mile all session, no run intervals.
Workouts: Meet at Fleet Feet KingsPointe Village on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00pm. Saturday morning at 7:30am (rotates locations between Fleet Feet KingsPointe, Broken Arrow, and Cabin Boys Brewery in Downtown Tulsa).
