Join us for a class on Wednesday October 15th at Stafford Cidery where we will explore the fungi of fall! Class will consist of a 1.5 hour long lecture where we will discuss how to safely and sustainably start your mushroom foraging journey in CT. We will also discuss how to positively identify and utilize specific mushroom species that can be found this time of year.
This class will be taught by the founder of the CT Foraging Club Amy Demers.
Doors will open at 6pm. Class starts at 6:30pm. Outside food is welcome. Your $35 ticket will include a complimentary pint from Stafford Cidery. We make our own hard cider, which we have on draft. We also serve CT beer, CT wine and non-alcoholic options. Class is limited to 40 participants. No refunds.
