Fall Mission Festival – to benefit Deaf Outreach Ministry. Guest Pastor, Rev Dr. John Reinke will speak and sign at both Divine Services (8:30am and 11:00am), and present information about his ministry at both the adult Bible study (9:45am) and the benefit supper starting at 5:00pm.
Benefit Supper - Tickets: Adults $12, Children $6 (age 5-12, under 5 free)
Italian-themed Menu: Lasagna, Garlic Bread, Garden Salad, and Tiramisu for Dessert.
The ministry of Deaf Outreach (www.deafoutreach.org), World Lutheran Deaf Outreach (WLDO) and Mark7:32 seek to teach deaf and hard of hearing people about Jesus. Mark 7:32 (www.mark732.org) provides online teaching material in support of this goal, and also teaches hearing people how to communicate with deaf, including extensive American Sign Language (ASL) courses.
