FALL MINI ZOOCAMP 2026
📅 November 11
⏰ 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
🎓 Grades K–6
Step into the wonders of the natural world with our one-day ZooCamp. Watch your child’s curiosity soar with thrilling wildlife adventures, up-close animal encounters, and imaginative arts and crafts. This camp offers an unforgettable experience, allowing young explorers to discover, learn, and have a blast.
Themes:
K–1: Blazing Trails and Frosty Tails
As the seasons change, take the time to stop and look at our landscapes changing around us. Campers will learn about the ways in which animals use adaptations to survive the desert extremes — including the cold! Discover how our native wildlife survives the chilly weather to stay safe and warm!
2–3: We Like to Move it, Move it
Come on everybody, do the locomotion! Campers are invited to explore and discover all the different ways that desert animals and plants move…whether that “locomotion” be across the sand, across the sky, or even across the globe!
4–6: Leader of the Pack
From painted dogs and naked mole rats, to wallabies and goats, many animals live in groups with hierarchical structures — who’s the boss? And how do they become that way? Campers will learn about the different ways that animals form hierarchies, and how one member rises to become the leader of the pack.
Ticket Pricing:
Non-Members: $95
Members: $85
EBT: $9.50
