Fall Mini Series Strider & Adaptive Bike Class

Strider Bikes have no pedals. The bikes and helmets are provided (but if you have your own, please bring it to class). Previous bike riding experience is not required.
Adaptive Bikes are upright adaptive tricycles designed to introduce children and early teens to biking. These can be a great option for our Young Athletes who aren’t ready for Strider Biking!
When: October 6, 13, 20, & 27
Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Location: Special Olympics South Dakota Unify Center (900 E I-90 Lane, Sioux Falls, SD 57104)
Fee: No cost
Other: An adult is required to chaperone and participate and athletes must wear closed-toe shoes. A Unified Partner (child without an intellectual disability) of similar age to the Young Athlete is welcome, but not required.
The deadline to register is Sept 29 at noon.
Note: There is no penalty for missing classes, but we do ask that you make it to one of the first class to get fitted on a bike. We hope to see you as your schedule allows!
