Join us for a soul-nourishing weekend at my private lake house in beautiful Galena, Illinois — the perfect backdrop for deep restoration and connection. As the fall leaves paint the landscape in rich hues of gold, amber, and crimson, we'll gather in an intimate setting of just 8–10 women for a retreat designed to replenish your body, mind, and spirit.
Each day will include gentle yoga practices, guided meditations, and optional nature hikes to take in the crisp autumn air and breathtaking views of Lake Galena. You'll enjoy heartfelt conversations, nourishing freshly prepared meals, and plenty of quiet time to rest, reflect, and simply be.
This is a weekend to realign with yourself, deepen your connections with like-minded women, and soak up the peaceful energy of nature before the busy holiday season begins.
