Fall Literacy Retreat - GULF SHORES

Please join us this fall for a unique experience as we learn about leveraging community partnerships to maximized the impact of our literacy programs. David Rosen, former director of the Literacy Resource Institute at the University of Massachusetts Boston, will facilitate our discussion as we explore ways to bring together different organizations from education, business, and nonprofit to achieve our common goal of creating a more literate society.

A Literacy Retreat is an “un-conference” that allows literacy professionals, educators, nonprofits, and like organizations to come together in a casual atmosphere to explore pressing issues facing our industry. This guided discussion facilitates networking among like-minded individuals and allows attendees to find answers to the questions they prioritize.
