Fall into Stillness: A Metal Element Yin Yoga Journey (with singing bowls)
Join us for a 90-minute journey inward as we embrace the transformative energy of autumn. Inspired by the Metal element, this yin yoga practice invites you to let go of what no longer serves you, finding stillness and clarity amidst the changing seasons.
Through a series of deeply held poses, we will cultivate space within the body and mind and surrender to the process of letting go. The gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls will create a soothing atmosphere, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in this experience.
