Luckily, you don't have to go far to get outside — this local park feels a world apart without having to be miles away. And even better — you don't have to commit to a full day or week to experience the healing benefits of hiking. Or, the comradery of great trailmates.
Autumn is a good time to realign — with ourselves, with the earth, and with a steadier flow, even as like picks up pace. It’s also one of the most beautiful times to be outside: crisp air, golden light, vibrant colors.
