Whether you're here to flow through yoga, bounce it out on trampolines, or recover with curated experiences, this is the fall reset your body and soul have been waiting for.

📿 8:30AM – 9:00AM: Sound Bath with Ayana (White Balance Unicorn)
Ease into your day with grounding sound therapy and intention setting.

🧘🏽‍♀️ 9:15AM – 10:00AM: Yoga Flow with Camrei (Our Ambassador)
Stretch, breathe, and connect in this energizing morning flow.

🏋🏽‍♀️ 10:15AM – 11:00AM: Strength Class with KT (PVOLVE)
Feel the burn with low-impact, high-intensity strength movement.

🪩 11:15AM – 12:15PM: Trampoline Class with Justin (DPAC)
Cardio meets fun! Bounce your way into the afternoon. Justin leads two back-to-back 30-minute classes, each featuring 60 trampolines per session. Get ready for double the energy and nonstop movement! First come first serve.

🔥 12:30PM – 1:15PM: Strength Session with Unique (Orangetheory)
Power through this full-body training session led by one of the best in the city. Max for this class is 20 attendees. First come first serve.

🪑 9:00AM – 1:00PM: Recovery Experience with Alexa (The Movement Experience)
Two exclusive chairs available for rejuvenating recovery sessions.
