Fall Into Faith - A Praise Pilates Experience
Join us for Fall Into Faith, our very first Praise Pilates pop-up, taking place on the rooftop at Bimini Square!
Praise Pilates is an independently operated organization. Bimini Square is the event location and is not affiliated with the operation of Praise Pilates.
Check-in begins at 7:45 AM, giving you time to get settled and ready before class begins.
Start your morning with an uplifting rooftop Pilates class designed to strengthen, stretch, and move your body while enjoying worship music and a faith-centered atmosphere.
At Praise Pilates, we believe movement is about more than a workout. It’s an opportunity to nourish ourselves, honor the bodies God has given us, and move with gratitude and intention.
No need to bring a mat! Pilates mats and all equipment will be provided for you to use during class, just show up ready to move.
After class, we invite you to stay and enjoy the Bimini Square rooftop for an additional hour! Bring your bathing suit if you’d like to take a swim, relax by the pool, connect with others, and enjoy the morning with our Praise Pilates community.
We’ll also have four local vendors joining us, offering freshly made coffee & matcha, sourdough-based fall baked goods, fall scented candles, and permanent jewelry all available for purchase. ☕🍵🍂🕯️✨
Whether this is your first Pilates class or you’ve been practicing for years, all experience levels are welcome. People of all faiths and backgrounds, including those with no religious affiliation, are welcome. This experience includes worship music and faith-centered reflection; participation in any prayer or devotional portion is completely voluntary.

Your ticket includes:
- Rooftop Praise Pilates class at Bimini Square
- Use of a Pilates mat & all equipment during class
- Access to the rooftop & pool for one hour following class
Attire: Fall Toned Activewear - think beige, cream, warm brown, caramel, rust, muted orange, olive, and other earthly fall tones.
