Celebrate the shift into autumn with us during a special Fall Equinox Yoga + Sound Meditation at Prairie Woods Environmental Learning Center. The equinox marks a moment of perfect balance—equal day and night—and offers the perfect opportunity to pause, ground, and align with the changing season.There are two sessions available for the first of our yurt yoga series, Sunday evening and Monday morning. The event will take place at the scenic yurt retreat at PWELC. We’ll begin with a 30-minute, fiery yet gentle yoga flow to warm the body and connect to the breath led by Mike Price, followed by a deeply restorative 45-minute sound meditation to help you settle into a state of peace and renewal led by Jenny Danielson.
